Sprintless turns every card on your board into a Claude Code session in its own git worktree. Start it, answer its questions from your phone, test the result, merge. No sprints, no stand-ups, no babysitting a terminal.
No credit card. Uses the Claude subscription you already have.

Done1
Shipping a feature or fixing a bug has never been this easy.
Write it down, press Start, answer if asked, merge. That is the whole process, for a brand-new feature or a nasty old bug alike. No sprint, no estimate, no ceremony.
01Write it down
A feature idea or a bug report, one line each. Attach a screenshot if you have one. No ticket template, no estimate, no planning meeting.
Backlog02Press Start
The Mac opens a worktree and puts a Claude Code session on the card. Start five at once if you like: they never step on each other.
Working03Answer, if asked
A permission, a choice between two options: the card waits in Pending and you reply from your phone in a second. Then it carries on.
Pending04Merge
Try the finished work, press Merge, done. Checks failing? One click sends the card back to the agent with the errors attached.
Ready → DoneEvery feature, in one minute.
The real Sprintless board, start to merge: a new card, a question answered, a merge, a fix, then sessions, terminals, projects and settings.
Everything the board needs, nothing a sprint does.
One worktree per card
Every card gets its own git worktree and its own Claude Code session. Ten cards can be in Working at once without stepping on each other.
Pending, answered anywhere
When the agent needs a permission or an answer, the card moves to Pending. Reply from the Mac, the web, or your phone and it carries on.
Session panes
Open any session next to another, split panes by dragging, and watch the agent work in a terminal-style view with collapsible tool calls and diffs.
All your projects, one board
Each project has its colour and logo. Filter the board by project with a click, or keep everything side by side.
Merge, or fix with AI
Ready cards open a pull request. If the merge hits conflicts or failing checks, the card goes to Failed and one button sends it back to the agent.
Host status, always visible
The Mac is the engine. Every client shows whether it is online, and actions that need it are disabled while it is away.
The Mac does the work. The rest of your devices watch and answer.
The engine
Runs the sessions, the worktrees and the merges with your own Claude login and your own git. Nothing leaves the machine that you did not send.

The official Claude Code CLI, started by the macOS app for each card in its own git worktree. It uses your existing Claude subscription login. There is no API key to manage and no separate token bill.
Yes. The Mac is the host engine: it runs sessions, worktrees and merges. The web and iPhone apps are remote clients that show the same board and send actions to the host.
The card moves to Pending and shows the question. You answer from whichever device you are on; the host forwards the answer to the session and the card goes back to Working.
Code stays on your Mac and with the AI provider you already use. The relay only carries board state, session output and your actions, and every row is protected by row-level security on your own account.
The 7-day trial needs no card. If you do nothing, it just ends. Paid plans cancel in one click from Settings and stay active until the end of the period.
